It’s always a bad experience when you are in the middle of preparing a meal and the electric oven cuts out. Fortunately the good experience was contacting NAC repair company who sent an engineer called Tom to inspect the cooker, Tom arrived and we immediately were confident he was the perfect person to fix it. He had to order a replacement element immediately and have it delivered to get the oven working again. Tom was a charming young man so efficient and tidy and eventually left us with a perfect working oven, we would recommend to anyone.

He could have done something expensive like swap components, instead he showed me that what appeared to be a fault code wasn't in fact one, and what to do about when it reappears as it will. A fault of the manufacturers handbook and on-line support.

Engineer came and diagnosed my fridge freezer on same day I called them. He was very polite, professional and very informative. I needed a new part for my fridge freezer and this came within a couple of days in which the engineer came back out and fixed my issue. Fridge freezer back working again. Very happy customer!
