It’s always a bad experience when you are in the middle of preparing a meal and the electric oven cuts out. Fortunately the good experience was contacting NAC repair company who sent an engineer called Tom to inspect the cooker, Tom arrived and we immediately were confident he was the perfect person to fix it. He had to order a replacement element immediately and have it delivered to get the oven working again.
